About Deb Colden

Deb has extensive experience in management and cross-organizational leadership roles. She joined HP in 1982 as a management development specialist. In 1984 She joined the company's rapidly expanding Direct Marketing Division as a product and marketing program manager to help establish the division's personal computer business. As manager with HP's Computer Products Reseller Channels organization, Deb led program teams who contributed to HP's world-class growth and presence in commercial and retail channels. Prior to joining HP, Deb held operations positions in the publishing and broadcast industries.

Deb's clients have included successful leaders from Hewlett-Packard Company, Agilent Technologies, Rsystems International and Blue Pumpkin Software to name a few. Drawing on her experience with these individuals, she has designed her leadership-coaching program to meet the needs of time-constrained professionals seeking an action-oriented approach to increased personal effectiveness and Innovation.

Deb holds a Bachelor's degree from Pomona College, and MBA with emphasis on corporate finance and organizational behavior from the University of Southern California. She was selected for HP's Accelerated Development Program and attended the Advanced Management Program at U.C. Berkeley's Haas School of Management.
