Executive Coaching
The objective of the coaching engagement is to rapidly accelerate your leadership capability, energy and confidence in ways that more traditional leadership development experiences cannot match.

The coaching engagement is a series of focused one-on-one meetings, in person and by phone, over a three to six-month period. You, the client, drive the agenda with real-world goals and by identifying stifling situations and progress hurdles so they can be surmounted. Within fifteen minutes of the first session, you'll experience the excitement of a conversation that inspires action — all in a confidential setting with a capable facilitator focused on your success.

Business Meeting Design and Facilitation
Well-designed and facilitated business meetings get the right people to the business table to clarify opportunities and issues and achieve collaborative solutions for change, performance and growth.

My approach to is to help you design and facilitate a meeting that is outcomes-oriented, engaging and pragmatic. Using proven techniques, we'll create a meeting that helps the team align, innovate and drive towards actions needed to get desired results.

Strategic Thought Partner Session
A hybrid between a strategy meeting and a coaching session, Strategic thought partner sessions are facilitated face-to-face sessions that allow an individual or small group to articulate a vision, a compelling future state or a roadmap to action. These highly interactive sessions are lively, stimulating and create visible artifacts to support complex initiatives, strategies or programs.
